How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹899 across India.
For orders below ₹899, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 will be charged at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my order?
As jewellery is a personal-use product, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unedited unboxing video and clear photographs. We’ll review your request in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.
Is your jewellery anti-tarnish?
Not all of our jewellery is anti-tarnish.
At Bloom, we offer a variety of jewellery pieces, and while some collections are made with anti-tarnish materials, others are not. This will always be mentioned in the individual product description so you know exactly what you’re purchasing.
Regardless of the finish, all of our jewellery is carefully selected for its quality, craftsmanship, and beautiful design. With proper care, your jewellery can remain beautiful for a long time.
